IT’S HERE!! ✨

Marta Scarampi and I are thrilled to introduce you to our autumn 2022 collaboration, available to preorder now on martascarampi.com. This second partnership looks to build upon our first collection, offering the perfect “Cecilia” sweater to top off all your fall outfits plus skirts to match our plaid Stacie cape and limited edition Giulia capes. We also added a yummy chocolate brown cape to our collection with a matching mini skirt which I am especially excited about!

Thank you for your amazing support of our initial partnership last autumn – we’re thrilled to bring more timeless style and joy to your wardrobes this season!

Meet Cecilia

This perfectly soft and cozy 100% wool “Cecilia” sweater was designed to complement last year’s capes. Whether you’re pairing Cecilia with a wool mini, silk midi skirt, jeans or trousers – she just does it all!

One of my biggest priorities was to have a sweater whose silhouette and neckline would work beautifully alongside our collarless capes, with just the right weight to hold its own alongside our tweed and boiled wool fabrics. Marta and I went through multiple sample runs with several different workshops experimenting with a range of styles and landed on this raglan crewneck “Cecilia” design that is both elegant and versatile.  Cecilia is incredibly special, as she’s made by hand – by one woman – in a small workshop in Torino, and she can only make one sweater a day. We’re doing an extremely limited edition run, so if you love owning something (almost) no one else has this is the sweater for you!

Onto the fit: the raglan sleeve drapes elegantly over the shoulder, with just enough give in the upper arms and torso so the sweater skims the body, but doesn’t hug your tummy too tightly. I love the slightly fuzzy look of the knit which looks and feels luxurious against the skin.  Lastly the rib knit at the cuffs and hem are just the right size to ensure when you push up your sleeves or half tuck the hem into a skirt it stays put. I wore my Cecilia sweater for 5 days in England and am amazed and pleased to report that it did not pill! The ivory color is a little warmer than white but rest assured it is not at all yellow-y. This sweater is a major feat and incredible evidence of the quality you can achieve when taking the time to do things the right way with slow fashion.

Meet the Minis

I love the look of a cape with a mini skirt (and knee-high boots!) so coordinating minis were at the top of my wishlist for this new collection.  Offered in the same fabrics as our capes, the minis come in the “Stacie plaid”, navy blue and chocolate boiled wool (both colors linked here) and hit at a majorly flattering spot mid-thigh. The solid skirts have an ivory contrast trim at the waistline (just like the capes!) which looks so smart with a sweater tucked in. I love the high rise waist and princess seams which end in little slits at the hem to give the skirt a bit of kick and movement.

If minis aren’t for you we’ve also created elegant midi skirts that look equally smart with our Cecilia Sweater! You can find the Stacie midi skirt here and the Giulia midi skirt here

The Chocolate Limited Edition Giulia Cape

I’ve been obsessed with all things chocolate brown over the last year and adding this luxurious, autumnal hued cape to the collection was a no-brainer. (More photos of these amazing capes coming soon!!!)
