I big part of my wardrobe building strategy can be summed up this way : I identify the evergreen pieces in a brand’s collection that they produce year after year, and buy them when they’re on sale at the end of the season. Simple as that! It helps build a classic wardrobe (if they make something every year it must have staying power!) for the least cost, because why would you pay $300 for this coat next fall when you can snag it for $150 now?
