Spring Blues

Blue and white is always right, and I find myself leaning on this classic combo a lot this time of year - perfect for the in-between days as we wait for spring. Below find my favorite blue and white pieces I’m eyeing and buying right now…

• The striped shirtdress I'm wearing in this post is so so good. The perfect longer midi length, flattering gathered waist and short sleeve that hits at just the right spot. Currently 30% off, I highly recommend snapping it up. I love it with a straw bag and slides or espadrilles, and you can even pair with a white blazer for a fab office look!
• Denim is perhaps the easiest way to wear blue, and come springtime I'm looking for high waisted, slightly cropped versions to show some ankle with loafers, mules or flats. I got this light wash button fly pair button fly pair two weeks ago and they're so comfortable and cute - I've been wearing them with a sweater for a casual yet cute look at home. (Love this twinset in gray to complement the silver buttons.) The wash feels like classic 90s Levis - such a nice, versatile wash! To up the classic vibe, pair with a button down tucked in (this one is my favorite for tucking!), and loafers. Love!
• A white beach ensemble works whatever the destination, and I love the texture on this white scoop back swimsuit, and would wear it under this breezy eyelet set.
• I need another flag sweater like I need a hole in the head, but I am loving this marled blue and white version and think I'm going to pull the trigger this weekend. Just the thing to wear with my new favorite pair of white jeans and pearl studs now, and throw over my shoulder with a little white dress later.

• This year has been my year for fully embracing loungewear, and I've become quite an aficionado in a short time. My current favorite is this powder blue set (top and bottoms) that is so heavenly soft you won't believe it. The color is lovely and spring-y, but still cozy for crisp mornings. (Plus, it coordinates with my bedding which is just so satisfying.)
• Add a touch of blue and white with a scarf - this lily of the valley silk scarf is made for this time of year and such a gorgeous pattern (20% off with "Stacie20") plus it's a perfect match for this denim blue cashmere cardigan as I did here!
• This navy linen plaid shirt has me dreaming of afternoons digging in the garden under a crochet straw hat.

• Fresh jammies are always such a treat and I love a blue and white pair. This tshirt and shorts set is so soft, and waking up in this striped set makes me feel like I'm starring in a Nancy Myers film as I make my morning coffee.
• I love a silk trouser for spring and summer, and this navy pair would be gorgeous with a simple navy tank like my look here.
