This season, texture takes center stage. From rich jacquards that shimmer in the light to gilded accessories, plush velvet, and nubby wool bouclé, fall style is all about depth and dimension. These pieces don’t just look beautiful—they feel luxurious, adding tactile warmth and visual interest to every outfit.
- I saw this dress on the runway last spring and it stopped me in my tracks. I love the romantic floral velvet which feels on point now through February in New England. The skirt version is gorgeous as well, which might be a bit more versatile... ooo but I love that dress's neckline!
- These little travel guides from the insanely chic editors at Cabana have me dreaming of my next getaway. The covers are a work of art and they'd make a fabulous hostess gift or stocking stuffer.
- Sweaters with a little extra texture really shine this time of year, whether you opt for a ladylike cardigan, vibrant fair isle set (seen here), or this opulent mohair cardigan and scarf combo!
- I snapped this leopard skirt up the moment I saw it and let me tell you it's GOOD. I was worried it would flare out awkwardly but that's not the case. It has an awesome circle skirt cut that moves beautifully. Keep things casual by pairing with soft brown acccents, or go full glam pairing it with black and gold. It sits at your true waist and looked great with my black cashmere twinset which is the tiniest bit cropped. (Cardigan here, shell here.)
- Several of you mentioned you bought this boucle blazer at my recommendation and that makes me so happy! I'm packing mine for a getaway later this month and know it will be my go-to for holiday parties. The sleeves seemed to run a bit small so I sized up, and will be wearing with these black pants on repeat. (Photos of the look here - and yes the blazer is still on sale!)
- Sarah Flint has teamed up with the fabulous Mary Orton on a collection of shoes and accessories in suede, lux leather and silk! From the perfect cap-toe ballet flat to a new scarf belt and coordinating silk scarf the pieces are sure to become favorites. I got the black/espresso ballet flat and love the spectator detail on the cap toe, though I do recommend sizing up from your normal sacchetto size, as there's an extra squishy insole that feels like a dream but takes up more space in the footbed.
- I've long loved the sentimental appeal of a charm bracelet, and Adina Reyter is one of the most charming brands around. I own and love their groovy initial charm necklace (seen here and here) but they just launched charm bracelets and I feel like I'd wear their bracelets even more than the necklaces. The charms can be moved easily from necklace to bracelet and would be a special gift this holiday season.
- I cannot get over the gorgeous luster of this crimson cashmere coat.
- I'm on the hunt for new luggage and have been eyeing the sleek pieces from Carl Friedrick. (Have any of you tried them?) I love the streamlined shape and elegant color combinations, which have been featured on shows including The White Lotus and Succession. I'm thinking their Carry-on + Check In case.
- Fabric handbags are a secret weapon for travel as they take up zero space, and I just noticed my jacquard brea bag from Attersee was just restocked. I love that the fabric includes black, navy, camel, and emerald which coordinates with lots of different winter looks. They also make this bag in gorgeous satins and velvets. You can't go wrong!
- Classic round diamond studs instantly elevate everything from your workout attire to a cocktail dress, and you can't beat these martini set studs, which use lab diamonds that are chemically and aesthetically identical to natural diamonds, delivering megawatt sparkle for a fraction of the usual price. Think of how much you'll wear these then calculate the cost-per-wear and they're a no-brainer. I got the 4ct version (seen here) and love the sparkle they add to my everyday looks.
- Beautiful colors, a lux crinkle jacquard, and pretty floral print combine to make this skirt an eye-catching winter staple. I'd pair with a burgundy cashmere sweater and this burgundy wrap coat. (Which I just got and is fabulous!!!)
- Every woman needs a chic clutch in their wardrobe, whether it's a little satin number like this (only $100!) or this, or a fun leopard number like this.
- I am a coat collector and perhaps have the most coats from Brooks Brothers. They know how to make coats that actually keep you warm (important for New England winters!) and the construction really is lovely. This shawl collar coat is just gorgeous, and on sale! It would be fabulous over this fair isle sweater with my new olive leather tote.
- I've mentioned how good these leather pants are before (size up and get 15% off with "Stacie15"). I plan to wear mine with this coordinating oversized cashmere sweater. I loved this jacquard coat when I saw it last year and just discovered it on major sale, and it will look fab over this all-brown look.
- If you like the look of the leather pants above, but don't want to splurge, these are a similar silhouette and vibe for a fraction of the price. (Love how they hit above the ankle. Very flattering!)
- This maxi cashmere sweater dress looks so fabulous. Pair with these plaid pumps for a cozy yet elevated dinner outfit.
- It's time to start planning holiday party outfits and this gold jacquard number just dropped - scoop it up now as I think it will go fast!
- These embellished satin shoes will be your holiday secret weapon. The perfect baby heel to wear all night with cigarette pants or your best dress.
- If we're talking about texture I need to highlight this insane shearling coat. Or this burgundy stunner. Both are pieces you'll hand down to your daughter.
- This camel car coat is a favorite in my wardrobe and much more affordable, especially as it's on sale!
