Back to the Classics

I wore this outfit over the weekend and it's just such a classic look composed of wardrobes staples that I'll wear on repeat now through early spring. A bit on why I love each component below!

The Tailored Peacoat - I love this coat as it's the perfect hybrid of a blazer and a peacoat, well suited for November's middling temperatures yet it can be layered under a wrap coat in deep winter for extra warmth. The warm off-white wool is so chic especially when paired with a coordinating sweater and the silhouette is reminiscent of my Blaze Milano blazers, but for a fraction of the price. The Cashmere Cable Knit Sweater - A wardrobe staple, I have this sweater in almost every color of the rainbow and wear it year round, under wool jackets and tied over my shoulders with sundresses. I size up in this sweater for my ideal, relaxed fit.

Really Good Jeans - These "Le Sleek" jeans from Frame are nothing short of miraculous. I wear them so often I should really have two pairs for days when they're in the wash. Sure, they make your bum look great, but I especially love that the knees do not bag out, even when I wore them while kneeling in the dirt planting daffodil bulbs for a couple hours. Impressive! A Tennis Necklace - Tennis necklaces are having a moment and I finally took the plunge, and LOVE adding a bit of sparkle to my everyday outfits.
