Last Saturday, Hannah (of @spiritedla) and I joined Dudley Stephens at the beautiful Carneros Resort and Spa for a dinner to celebrate a special milestone for their company: recycling and repurposing one million water bottles into their stylish and sustainable fleece sweaters!
Dudley Stephens set out to build a brand around a sustainable product and it has been amazing to see this company grow so quickly since its founding three and a half years ago. The stylish crowd donned their fleece and party heels to gather for cocktails around the outdoor fire pit before heading inside for dinner. During the meal founders Lauren and Kaki gave us a preview of Dudley Stephens new brand video celebrating their million-bottle-milestone which will be released on Earth Day.
Made of recycled yarn in their Brooklyn factory, Dudley Stephens is making a name for itself as a sustainable brand to watch, repurposing plastic water bottles that might have ended up in our landfills and oceans into cozy chic fleece apparel.
The cool Napa evening was the perfect fleece weather and guests gravitated to pairing the Park Slope Turtleneck with skirts or wearing the Bedford Blanket Scarf over dresses and jumpsuits. The park slope turtleneck (seen on Anh and Lauren above) was just restocked today in their four season terry fleece which I love! I’ll be picking up both the off white and natural blush versions to stay cozy as we transition into the warmer months.
Thank you Dudley Stephens for such a fun night and cheers to the next million bottles!
