Marinated Tomato & Burrata


It’s August which means peak summertime produce and our weekly farmers market is overflowing with juicy ripe tomatoes. I scooped up a couple baskets of heirloom cherry tomatoes and tried Half baked Harvest’s delicious marinated tomato and burrata appetizer recipe for the first time and it was such a hit at our Sunday night dinner I should have doubled the recipe!  David and I usually don’t eat a lot of refined grains in our diet but this recipe paired with toasted sourdough bread was definitely worth it!
