The most beautiful belts!

Come fall and winter I find nothing pulls together a look quite like a beautiful belt, and I’m pleased to share that the gorgeous Sarah Flint belts I wore last week are finally available here! I had the pleasure of visiting several belt workshops in Italy with the Sarah Flint team when they first started exploring this new product category several years ago and it’s exciting to see her vision come to life – and into our wardrobes.

Sarah kindly sent me two of her new styles for our England trip and I couldn’t be more smitten with them. A belt cinched at the waist brings a feminine shape to almost any outfit, especially when you want to add a special touch to a solid colored dress – as seen in the two looks below! I love this cashmere midi dress which serves as a gorgeous backdrop for the reversible scarf belt, which features a navy leather on one side, and a beautiful burgundy on the other. I rolled this whimsical scarf (the deers antlers are made of mushrooms?!) then threaded it through the loops of the belt to break up the long line of the dress – to amazing effect. For a totally different look I’d flip the belt to show the navy side paired with this beautiful scarf. The belt also comes in a camel and black leather combo which I’d recommend pairing with this scarf!

In my second outfit I updated a favorite cream cocktail dress for fall by replacing the belt that came with it, with this luxurious chocolate crocodile belt. The first time I shared this dress it was in Barbados (seen here) and felt quite summery paired with floral heels, but by adding rich and textural chocolate brown accessories like this belt and these shoes it effortlessly transitions to work for autumn events. (Sadly my dress is sold out but this or this will give a similar feel.) This belt also comes in wonderful burgundy and solid black versions – sure to be on heavy rotation in your wardrobes this coming season!

More often than not I’ve been reaching for a belt when I get dressed each morning so I’ll be sharing several ways to style them over the coming weeks since. What do you think? Do you love belts as much as I do?
