One of my favorite aspects of traveling is discovering new-to-me brands that really embody a destination, and one of the best examples of this has to be luxury British made clothier Holland Cooper. I first learned of Holland Cooper from English friends who are very into the equestrian scene, then fell head over heels when I discovered their tailored ready-to-wear pieces all inspired by English countryside pursuits. A modern and elegant version of a traditional country-style blazer, this tweedy number was the perfect piece to wear on a country walk around Malham Cove in the Yorkshire Dales, and will be on heavy rotation this fall back in New England.
Hand cut and made entirely in the UK of 100% British wool, you just feel smart when you slip it over your shoulders. The relaxed slim fit is decidedly feminine and perfect for early fall days when paired with a knit tank, crisp oxford, or thin turtleneck underneath.
The founder of Holland Cooper, Jade, infuses her chic style into wardrobe classics for a feel and fit that is timeless yet contemporary. Jade’s feminine take on borrowed-from-the-boys style is just what our fall wardrobes need. (Plus she’s a blast to follow on Instagram.) I’m already contemplating one of their amazing full-length trench coats for winter – discover Holland Cooper’s full collection here!
