Everything I Packed for Saint Moritz
Packing for Saint Moritz
St. Moritz has been part of my family’s story for generations. 80 years ago to the day, my grandparents honeymooned here, and returning this winter feels deeply meaningful. We're spending a week in the Engadin Valley skiing crisp alpine runs, lingering at iconic après-ski spots, dressing up for candlelit dinners, and bundling up for snowy walks through town. Below, I’m sharing everything I packed for the trip—from performance layers and polished ski essentials to cozy après knits and romantic evening pieces—each chosen to feel timeless, functional, and perfectly at home in this legendary alpine setting. From party-ready pieces for evenings out to the everyday staples I reach for all winter long, I managed to fit it all into one 30-inch checked bag and my carry-on. Of course, I pack more than most would, since I'm a fashion blogger, but I like to feature a variety of styles so there is something for everyone! So whether you're prepping for your own holiday getaway or simply looking to refresh your winter wardrobe, here’s everything I brought with me for a magical week in Saint Moritz, Switzerland.

Luggage
- I managed to fit everything above into one 30-inch checked bag and my carry-on.
- I carried this suede weekender as my personal item, and it's a beautiful and spacious piece for travel. I love how it looks with a little patina as well.
Coats and Jackets
Since coats are the whole outfit this time of year I brought several pieces of outerwear to keep things interesting in town and on the slopes.
- This is my second coat from Ulla Johnson, the design and quality are just so good! I initially bought the fuchsia color which is stunning, but exchanged for the chocolate brown which goes with everything. The collarless design is perfect for wearing with scarves, shearling collars or popping this cardigan collar over the neckline!
- This off-white coat is so warm and glamorous. It also comes in petite! I love wearing it with this shearling collar (similar here).
- A great ski jacket is key for any snow bunny. I've had a version of this one for a couple years (mine is black with a different hood, linked the faux fur version) and also have this one on my wishlist!
- Fur coats are a must for Saint Moritz, and I ordered this beautiful shearling number to be delivered to our hotel. Sadly, I should have sized down because it was huge on me, but a gorgeous, timeless piece nonetheless! (Also eyeing this and this.)
- A ski suit is my favorite thing to wear on the slopes. Mine is almost sold out, but I love this (Red or white!) and this.
- I've had this gorgeous feather vest for a few years and it's the elegant answer to your trusty everyday puffer. Layer it under your coat for a little extra warmth and glamour.
Dresses
I love that people really get dressed for dinner Saint Moritz, and brought several dressier looks for a variety of restaurants. Muted earthy tones are the norm here, but I did bring one pop of color!
- The lace on this dress is exquisite, and I love how it frames your face, perfect for adding a little interest above the table.
- Since temps will hover around freezing, I love a piece that covers you up a bit and this silk blouse and matching skirt look incredible with heels or boots. (They’re a lovely soft olive silk, though the color looks golden on the website.)
- Black mini dresses are some of my favorite holiday pieces and this one has the prettiest bit of sparkle and looks fab with sheer hose and black pumps.
- This dress is from a fabulous small brand with incredible tailoring, just the thing for when you want to wear something no one has seen before.
- Cozy sweater dresses are great for looking polished while staying comfortable and this and this are lovely.
Sweaters
- Fair Isle sweaters are a winter favorite, and I packed this, this and this with the matching scarf.
- I love layering turtlenecks under other sweaters for added warmth and brought this in two colors, and this lightweight turtleneck (a tiny bit sheer!)
- Big wrap cardigans are so cozy, mine is old Ralph Lauren but this is similar.
- I’m packing this and this for the slopes.
- This pretty twinset (top, cardigan) can be styled a number of ways.
- Bringing a pop of red, it’s Switzerland after all!
- This embellished cashmere sweater adds subtle shimmer, and this cardigan reminds me of an Erdem sweater.
- I love the faux fur collar on this cardigan. So cozy!
- I love a merino wool base layer and this onesie is a favorite!
- A cashmere set (top, cardigan, pants) works on the plane and lounging around the hotel room.
Bottoms
- Cream wool trousers (mine are sold out, similar here) are always a chic option to pair with knitwear.
- I find myself reaching for these black tailored jacquard pants frequently for dinners.
- These leather pants are super flattering (size up!) and look amazing with oversized sweaters and these booties.
- You won’t believe where this gorgeous jacquard skirt is from!
- These black wide-leg jeans Frame Pants look fantastic with black boots.
- A couple ski pants to mix things up, I love these slim white stirrup pants, and these flared ski pants in black and white!
Bags
- This beautiful bag is a favorite for everyday running around town.
- I bought this shearling clutch last year and it’s almost gone, but this season’s versions are lovely too.
- This black suede top handle has been a wardrobe workhorse for casual and dressy looks.
- This satin clutch is my winter party MVP.
- A leopard clutch to add some interest to monochromatic looks, and you’d think it’s more expensive than it is.
Shoes
- These snow boots are like walking on clouds and just the thing to slip on after a day on the slopes.
- Perhaps the most gorgeous shearling boots I’ve ever seen, I have the black and love that they have a side zipper so you don’t have to fuss with the laces. Look great with black wide-leg jeans, tights and a skirt, you name it!
- These black knee-high boots are a favorite, and have loads of comfy features like extra padding in the sole and a wider toe box so the pointed toe doesn't pinch.
- These gold heels go with everything and are surprisingly comfortable.
- I love these low heeled pointed toe boots to wear with ankle length and wide-leg pants.
- Bringing two black pairs of heels: these Hangisi pumps and a pretty gold captoe pump (mine are old, but the same heel in black suede here, and a similar gold cap toe here).
- These red velvet heels are so festive, I'm wearing them nonstop over the holidays and probably for Valentine's day too!
- These opulent shearling slippers are chic enough for the hotel breakfast room.
Hats, Gloves, Scarves
- This trapper hat and faux fur mittens set is so fun, and most importantly, warm!
- This gorgeous cashmere fair isle beanie and scarf are perfect for apres ski.
- Shearling collars are an elevated way to stay warm, I brought this (similar here),
- I have this unisex beanie in several colors, and just got this super special fair isle one as a gift.
- I always throw on a cream balaclava while skiing. It's light as a feather and great for keeping your head warm during lunch when you don't want to wear your helmet.
- My big black sheepskin hat is from a small shop in the Dolomites, but love this faux fur version.
- My two favorite ski gloves are this and this.
- These black leather gloves are my go-to, and the fingers are tech-friendly so you can use your phone.
Jewelry
- These organic gold and diamond studs are a great everyday earring.
- I got these gold knot earrings as a gift and am obsessed with them.
- I love wearing this beautiful diamond and garnet ring on my pointer finger. (You can personalize it with your favorite birthstones and it's virtually indestructible. ("Giftfromstacie" gets you $100 off your order of $500+).
- This emerald-cut diamond bangle's oval shape is so easy and comfortable to wear. I love it with cocktail attire, or over the sleeve of your sweater.
- These diamond studs are a great value and work with casual and evening looks.
- This long pendant necklace is a great piece to brighten a solid cashmere sweater or silk top. ("Giftfromstacie" gets you $100 off your order of $500+).
