It feels so good to be back in Italy to kick off our summer travels! We started our trip to Italy’s Amalfi Coast with a long weekend on the island of Ischia, about a 50 minute ferry ride from Naples. This was our first time in Ischia and we loved the rocky cliffs, beautiful views, and quieter pace (compared to other Italian destinations.) The weather was perfect during our June visit with lovely warm days and a slight chill at night so below you can find everything I wore during our weekend in Ischia!
Dresses – I love the romance of vacation dressing and usually opt for more color when traveling and no one does bold color and pattern right now like Milan-based designer La DoubleJ. I especially loved the ladylike silhouette of this La DoubleJ dress contrasted with it’s graphic print and bold color. Other favorites included this easy yet elegant shift dress from Cartolina (you can get $50 off your first order with code “Stacie50”) as well as this crochet midi that I wore over a swimsuit for easy pool-to-lunch dressing.
Swim – Ischia is known for it’s thermal springs and beautiful Mediterranean waters so come prepared with swimsuits and coverups aplenty! This bow shoulder swimsuit is one of my favorites (and under $100) and this classic tank (spendy but worth it) looks great as a top when worn with a pareo or under the crochet dress below. I also love Zimmermann’s uber-flattering high waisted bikinis and am considering adding this seersucker version (top and bottom) to my collection.
Here’s a complete list of all the outfits I wore on my trip to Ischia!
