Jacquard Moments

There’s something about jacquard that feels instantly festive. With its rich textures, intricate patterns, and subtle sheen, jacquard pieces are the perfect way to elevate your fall wardrobe and carry that elegance right into the holiday season. From cozy everyday staples with a touch of luxury to party-ready styles that shine under the lights, this timeless fabric brings depth and dimension to every outfit.

  • I fell in love with this jacquard coat last year, so when it went on sale I snapped up my size. (I'm wearing the IT 38.) I love the warm color palette tinged with browns, black, reds and gold, and know I'll be wearing and enjoying this for decades to come. It looks perfect paired with my chocolate cashmere sweater and leather trousers which I wore for dinner at Cafe Commerce on the UES. This chocolate combo will be a lux foundation for countless looks this winter, just be sure you size up in the trousers, and use code "Stacie15" for 15% off!
  • I love this paisley top and trousers set for everything from office days to dinner parties.
  • I have an older version of this dress and the cut is fabulous. This gold jacquard party dress reminds me of Emilia Wickstead for a fraction of the price.
  • There are a few leopard shifts on offer this season, but this gilt jacquard version is my clear favorite. (Zoom in on the fabric!) Wear with strappy heels for a party, or pair with a slim cashmere sweater, sheer black tights and these boots for a dressy evening where you need a bit of warmth.
  • For just a touch of leopard, consider adding these leopard jacquard heels (so comfortable), mary janes or loafers to your neutral looks.
  • This fair isle set (seen here) is an unusual color combination but works beautifully for autumn or holiday by playing up the burgundy, blush, or chartreuse hues. I've been reaching for mine a lot for everything from family events to running errands around town, or add something unexpected like satin pants for an evening look.
  • Tonal jacquard adds interest to simple silk blouses, and I LOVE the idea of this raspberry bow blouse or this sexy green top with black cigarette pants.
  • This claret jacquard dress will be a hero piece you reach for again and again now through Valentine's day. I love the tonal jacquard and flirty sleeves. (Generally not a fan of puff sleeves, but these are chic not childish.) Or, for even more versatility, scoop up the gorgeous skirt version to pair with cashmere sweaters, silk camisoles and more. (Either would be fab with these heirloom-worthy earrings?!)
  • This feather-festooned mini dress feels like something Holly Golightly would wear in 2025.
  • This strapless party dress is fabulous...and selling fast! The unexpected hue that will stand out in a sea of black in the best way possible. For a bit more coverage and versatility, opt for the waistcoat and coordinating skirt.
  • The easy cut and unexpected colors of this a-line dress make it a four season staple.
  • I reach for tailored jacquard pants for evening events all the time (examples here and here). A few similar styles include this and this.
  • Brocade shines in simple silhouettes, and a few strapless dresses perfect for weddings and galas include this spectacular tea dress, this column gown, and this dreamy bias cut number.
  • This dramatic jacquard jacket would be perfect at a holiday party in Palm Beach.
  • I just saw a woman wearing this winter white jacquard dress it in New York and it's insanely beautiful. Pair with chocolate accessories and a long camel coat.
  • A fair isle jacquard cardigan feels subtly festive due to it's soothing colors and hint of metallic thread. Pair with jeans (obviously), or dress it up with a silk slip dress or these amazing cream trousers for dinner parties.
