Packing for 2 Weeks in Europe

Ciao from the Amalfi Coast! May is quite possibly my favorite time of the year to travel and we are back with another complete real life packing list of everything we’re bringing with us for two weeks in Europe.  We are traveling with our 4 month old baby boy, and starting with a week on the Amalfi Coast followed by a week in the South of France. (Two places we love and have been to many times, which I hope makes traveling with a baby a little smoother!) With lots of beach days, dinners al fresco, and exploring on our itinerary, we are packing a mix of casual outfits for the whole family, with a few nicer pieces thrown in for when there’s a dress code. I’ve had many requests to share what David wears as well, so I’ve included some of his new pieces at the end of this list and will be updating this list with our baby’s things in a few days!

Women’s 2 Week European Packing List

To make getting dressed effortless upon arrival I like to pack a bunch of dresses that I can mix and match with a smaller number of neutral bags and shoes. Most of these dresses can be dressed up for dinner by adding heels and a clutch or down with flat sandals and a tote for a day exploring. And what summer packing list would be complete without the perfect pair of white linen pants?! With a warm forecast in the high 70s I like to wear natural materials like cotton and linen as much as possible, but I also like packing a few wrinkle-free dresses so I can land in a destination and head straight to dinner without worrying about ironing. Read on for outfit inspiration for your own travels or even celebrations at home.

I am curious about your travel outfit ~
I know you don’t love athletic shoes, but what do you wear on a longer plane trip?
Enjoy Amalfi! We love La Sirenuse and the new pool looks dreamy.

Hi Kelly! For summer trips I often wear Stubbs and Wootton Mules for the plane. Easy to slip on and off and my feet often swell on flights – and the mule style is comfortable even if my feet are a bit puffy. xx Stacie

Your clothing selections are beautiful, as always! Iโ€™ve been away for a month at a time and donโ€™t take near as many clothes. Do you not rewear items? And what size suitcase do you use? Just curious. Thanks!

I do rewear items, but since this is a fashion blog I bring a bit more than the usual clotheshorse when we travel. ๐Ÿ™‚ xx Stacie

When you and David travel with your new baby who watches your baby when you two go out to dinner or do you have a nanny or other family member travel with you ? ?

We goes out to dinner with us! He’s still sleeping a fair bit, so he has been sitting at the table until he gets tired then falls asleep in our arms. Enjoying this phase now as I know it won’t last forever. ๐Ÿ™‚ xx Stacie

Oh. I love the Staud blue striped dress. Excited to follow along with your trip. We leave in about about a month for 6 weeks in France, so I’ll definitely be looking to you for summer style inspiration.
