Ready for New Year’s Eve
This post is in partnership with Sarah Flint.
With New Years Eve a little over a week away we are filled with anticipation. I’ll either be wearing this fun outfit to ring in the new year at home, or I’ll be in a hospital gown in a labor and delivery room. Only time will tell!
Hopefully your plans are a little more concrete than mine and you’re looking forward to a festive evening to welcome 2024. I love planning outfits for NYE as you can be your most fun and sparkly self. Whatever your personal style, my go-to girl for beautiful yet comfortable dance-all-night footwear will forever be Sarah Flint. I’ve rounded up her most party-ready pairs for every type of event, and sharing what I’d wear with each shoe. So whether you’re going all out or have a quiet night on the couch planned for NYE, here are my festive picks of the season.
- I own (and love) over 9 pairs of Sarah Flint’s Perfect Pumps and so it’s no surprise I gravitated to this gold metallic version for this holiday season. I usually lean towards gold jewelry and hardware, so this pair just adds a bit of zest to any outfit I’d normally wear with black pumps. Since I’m 39 weeks pregnant, the wardrobe choices are getting slim, but I love love love playing up the gold with this metallic rib knit dress, which just needs an accessory like a statement necklace or pair of brooches to jazz it up. (My bee and flower brooches were actually purchased on two separate trips to Paris with Sarah!) The dress and shoes are super comfortable while still feeling festive, and the dress would actually look amazing with so many Sarah Flint styles including these lamé bow toe pumps or these fringey black and gold "Marta" pumps!
- These strappy "perfect" sandals really are perfect. Pair the lamé version with this bejeweled strapless mini for an amazing night out on the town!
- The architectural bow on the toe of these black Abigail mules is a perfect pairing with this toile evening jacket and matching trousers.
- Planning to curl up on the couch to watch the ball drop (and likely fall asleep before it does?) Wear these opulent shearling lined slippers and a luxurious pair of silk pajamas topped off with this robe.
- These black satin bow sandals are ready for your most fabulous fêtes. Pair with this timeless cape mini dress and get out on the dance floor!
- You'll be the life of the party in these booties and this disco ball of a dress!
- These black pumps come with a rhinestone ankle strap or suede ankle strap. Perfect with this black sweater dress and a metallic lady jacket!
