What to Buy from the High Summer Sales

The high summer sales are in full swing, and this may be the best moment of the season to scoop up pieces you’ll wear now and well into fall. I found everything from breezy white dresses, romantic florals, and easy striped staples to suede skirts, rich brown accessories, and polished shoes that hint at the season ahead.
