Really Good September Finds Under $250

There are so many good pieces arriving for fall right now, so I pulled together some of my favorite finds under $250 to help kick-start the season. Think rich suede, cozy knits, polished accessories, and easy early-autumn dresses that feel special without requiring a major investment. A number of these finds are even better priced thanks to the long weekend promotions, making it an especially good time to scoop up a favorite while the extra savings are available.

  • If Barbour and Bottega Veneta had a baby, it would be this jacket. The pink plaid details are such a fun surprise. Perfect for apple picking, football games, or layered over a lightweight cashmere crewneck for a casual fall lunch.
  • This engravable heart charm (20% off!) with a diamond bale can be personalized with an initial or date. I love it on a simple gold chain for everyday layering, or it would make a great gift!
  • I'm obsessed with the medallion print on these bell pants (15% off with STACIE15). I have them in an old version of this print, seen here! Pair with a simple black sweater (either a tight black turtleneck or oversized black crewneck) and flats for a pulled-together look that feels effortless but gets so many compliments.
  • This claw clip is a splurge for a hair accessory, but I love the unique color combination. It will make the outfit with just a simple sweater and earrings.
  • If you have fall travels coming up, you can walk 20,000+ steps in these loafers that have the comfort of a sneaker. My mom keeps stealing mine.
  • Rich jewel tones make this paisley silk blouse (20% off with StacieM20) a standout for fall dinners. Pair with dark jeans and a leather belt, or tuck into a suede skirt for work.
  • Shirting with frilled collars and hems is big for fall, and I'm adding this olive tattersall shirt to my collection. (Here's a white version for $125.) Tuck it into a suede skirt or wear it with straight-leg jeans and loafers for a perfectly polished casual outfit.
  • This $125 side table is so good I got a second for a guest bedroom. I also have my eye on this little storage ottoman, which reminds me of Soho Home but is such a steal.
  • I got this red and navy rugby polo not realizing it was a men's shirt, but I absolutely love it! I got my usual size and it's a perfect, slightly oversized fit.
  • A collarless suede jacket under $250...what?! (Also love this exact color.)
  • Striped sweaters are trending and there are so many to love. Four favorites include this lightweight purple striped tee, gray merino crewneck, this cashmere cardigan (20% off), and this cashmere sweater.
  • This long beaded tiger-eye necklace is such a steal and will make the outfit from casual looks to evening attire.
  • I've been reaching for these straight jeans constantly. The high rise and relaxed straight leg are incredibly flattering, and they look great with everything from cozy knits to blazers.
  • For luggage that looks elevated without the hefty price tag, I love this rolling carry-on and check-in suitcase in a gorgeous dark green for a coordinated luggage set. The price point is unbeatable for the quality.
  • Nothing says early fall like a perfectly broken-in flannel shirt, and this one is a luxurious take on the closet staple. (But which pattern to choose?!)
  • I love the color combo on these suede sneakers!
  • While I've been raving about some of my everyday fine jewelry that's on sale (here and here), there are a few pieces under $250 that are in my daily rotation as well: these sparkling crystal hoops that look so expensive, these moissanite studs with intense sparkle, and these pearl studs with a contemporary gold setting.
  • This horsebit print satin wrap skirt feels so equestrian chic. Style it with a cream blouse and suede boots for fall, or a simple cashmere turtleneck for a dinner out.
  • So pretty for early fall events, this jacquard sheath dress has gorgeous texture and a flattering silhouette. Wear with ballet flats for warm fall days, and heels for date night.
  • This navy cotton cashmere half-zip sweater is the kind of cozy piece you'll want to live in. Layer a striped button-down underneath for a preppy fall look with jeans and loafers.
  • Cozy meets polished in this oatmeal cable knit sweater (20% off) with a chic collar. Makes me think of a Jane Birkin fall, and who doesn't want to be that girl?!
  • I found a few silk blouses on major sale, including this green number, this dark paisley, and this brown paisley version I own and love (seen here).
  • Triangle scarves are big this season and I love this bandana print version and this argyle version (especially paired with the matching sweater).
  • Elevate your ponytail with this sculptural gold hair tie that looks like a piece of jewelry.
  • This tie-neck denim shirt is in my cart. Perfect with so many bottoms!
  • This colorful halter maxi is beautiful for fall in warm-weather locations.
  • Merino wool in chestnut brown feels so autumnal, and this Sézane ribbed dress is the kind of piece you'll reach for weekly. Try it with a belt and knee-high boots for a polished September outfit.
  • Rainy days just got chicer with these olive rain boots from Barbour. Perfect for fall walks, weekend errands, or apple picking. They look great with a wax jacket and jeans, or a mini skirt!
  • This quilted duffle bag is making me nostalgic for my college days.
  • My most worn silk scarf is on sale for under $180.
  • Drape this wool blend black cape over literally anything for instant fall drama. Belt it over dresses, throw it on with jeans and boots, or wear it to dinner over a simple knit. So versatile.
  • I have this Fair Isle turtleneck from a past season and it's one of my favorites.
  • Cream knit dresses are an early fall essential, and this ribbed midi (I brought it to England!) is gorgeous with brown boots and a chunky necklace, or a slim belt (20% off with StacieM20) and heels!
